All-in-one property marketing hub — Estate agents book photography, floor plans, EPCs, and virtual tours online, then track every job from one web dashboard instead of juggling emails and spreadsheets.
AI listing copy on delivery — When a shoot finishes, GPT-4o reads the photos, property details, and local area context and writes a polished Rightmove-style description agents can copy straight into their CRM.
AI photo decluttering — ChatGPT image editing tidies messy rooms or digitally empties them for a “vacant” look, so listings look clean without sending the photographer back.
Automatic photo enhancement — Raw bracketed shots are sent through AutoEnhance AI for HDR merging, colour correction, and professional polish before clients download them.
Director-controlled AI behaviour — Company leaders can edit the prompts that drive listing copy and declutter modes, so AI output matches each brand’s tone and standards.
Smart operations behind the scenes — A cloud backend handles scheduling, photographer assignment, Dropbox storage, invoicing, and email alerts, while AI-generated assets sit alongside the rest of each order.
Shareable client experience — Agents and guests get secure order pages where enhanced photos, floor plans, and AI-written descriptions appear together — ready to publish, not buried in attachments.
